Kopitiam set out to reinvent the local dining experience with technology that feels human. From consulting to design and build, we developed a complete digital signage and kiosk solution featuring AI avatar Kimberly, Singapore’s first multilingual food court assistant.

Kimberly greets diners, answers questions, and guides them through the food court using voice, touch, and real-time data. She understands multiple languages and dialects, displays live seat availability, and highlights promotions and stall recommendations through synchronized digital screens.

Behind the scenes, our integrated system collects analytics on footfall, queues, and seating patterns, helping Kopitiam improve operations and customer flow.

Launched at Kopitiam in Mapletree Business City, Kimberly has been warmly received, blending local charm with smart innovation to create a smoother and more personal dining experience. This project marks a new chapter in Singapore’s kopitiam culture, where tradition meets technology and innovation feels right at home.
